And they told me by Fri, of this week I will have my refund back on my credit card. I wait till following week to call and verify they got the part and when can i expect refund. ![]() 4 days later they received the part, as per tracking number. Next day I get a shipping label and i send it back. So they re-opened my return request again and i sent the pic as they wanted me to. They never told me not to send the pic as a attachment. They said it was because I "attached" the picture instead of just having it in the body of the email. Next day I get a email stating my return authorization has been canceled. They told me to take a pic of it and send it to them in a email. I advised that I wanted to return the part for a refund. Ordered a voltage regulator from Napa website. ![]()
